Computers For All, a subsidiary of Make It Mine Finance Pty Ltd, is committed to protecting the personal information you provide as part of your application process. This information is collected and used to determine application eligibility and to ensure you receive a high level of customer service. The information collected includes:

- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Home, Mobile and/or Business Phone Numbers
- Home or Business Addresses
- Email Addresses
- CRN and other Payment Details (including bank account information)
How your Information is Used, Stored and Shared
The personal information you provide as part of the signup process is kept in compliance with our Security Policy (below) and only shared with individuals and companies relevant to your business with us. Information is most commonly used in:
- Reference and credit checks
- Servicing you as a customer and supplying the products you require
- Managing your account
- Billing and collection of debts
- Providing information about new products or offers available
Your information may be shared with companies or organisations for purposes relating to the management of your account. Third parties which may require your information are those charged with the following processes – if applicable to your order:
- Mailing systems
- Freight dispatch and collection services
- Suppliers directly responsible for order fulfilment
- Maintenance and repair services
- Debt recovery operators
- Credit reporting agencies

Security Policy
Computers For All and Make It Mine Finance are committed to the safety and security of the information you provide. Robust security systems and procedures are in place to ensure your data is protected from unauthorised access. These systems are continually being reviewed and upgraded to ensure ongoing data safety. In addition to this, all employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and contractors must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Complaints and Resolutions
Computers For All and Make It Mine Finance are committed to providing you with the very best products and services, however if you feel you have not received this we would like to hear from you. Please send your feedback to: feedback@makeitmine.com.au or to “Feedback” 3A Holloway Drive, Bayswater, VIC 3153 and it will be investigated promptly. We aim to resolve queries within 10 working days, however please contact us directly on 1300 87 77 74 if you feel your query is urgent. If for any reason we are unable to resolve your query in this timeframe, we will contact you to discuss the matter further.
If you are unhappy with the resolution, you have the right to take your complaint to an External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Scheme. Make It Mine Finance is a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), an independent EDR Scheme approved body which is assigned to manage such issues. Complaints must be lodged with COSL within three months of our decision using the contact information below:
